Workplace Disability Management Audit
This work place audit is called the Workplace Disability Management Audit (WDMA) and it establishes your company's capacity to manage long-term illness and injury related absenteeism
It is based on internationally recognised standards developed by the National Institute of Disability Management and Research (NIDMAR) and has since been rolled out in Canada, Germany, the UK, Holland, Australia and China.
It also tracks evidence of success, putting you in a position to negotiate contributions and reduced premiums with social insurance carriers
It measures direct and indirect costs related to disability
The benefits for you as an employer:
- Reduced need for recruiting replacement staff
- Reduced need for training new staff to the same standard
- Minimised productivity loss
- Communications between management and employees enhanced
