1. Consensus Based Disability Management Audit (CBDMA)

The Consensus Based Disability Management Audit (CBDMA) consists of 180 questions and takes the Certified CBDMA Auditor approximately 3-5 working days including an onsite visit to complete the report.

The audit involves a total quality management (TQM) review through a unique system of gathering data leading to a detailed gap analysis of an organisation's current capacity to manage disability / health related issue in its workplace. It also creates a defined performance improvement roadmap for going forward.

2. Workplace Disability Management Assessment (WDMA)

The Workplace Disability Management Assessment (WDMA), which consists of 70 questions, provides an organization with a highly accurate "snapshot" review of their current disability management performance utilizing an interview process to review the same elements that are contained in the CBDMA.
