Customers like to have a pleasant experience that will ensure they will continue to use your services or buy your products. Each building is different and the importance of having your building audited, to ensure all your customers can access it (universal access), should be high on your agenda.

The access audit will look at how a user will use the building from the external approach, through to accessing the facilities, through to exiting. It looks at circulation, use of colour and how people generally make use of the building.
We have many years experience of checking buildings for their accessibility, working with clients to ensure as many people as possible can access them and providing advice and assistance to eliminate barriers.
